Job Description

  • Crunchyroll is looking for a

    Senior Marketing Manager

    for India. Reporting to the Director of Marketing (India) within the International and Emerging Markets Marketing team, you will increase business growth for Crunchyroll in the region, lead title launches and brand initiatives, and coordinate with global LOB teams that support India programs.
  • The Senior Marketing Manager will lead daily marketing operations and serve as the lead for campaigns, driving insight-led strategy and world-class execution.
  • With a creative-first mindset and regional media expertise, you will design and activate holistic, locally relevant campaigns in collaboration with Social, PR, Growth Marketing, and agency partners. The Senior Marketing Manager will own the successes of both title and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct the execution of global and regional brand-campaigns and title launches through agencies and in partnership with the local PR, Social Media and Events teams.
  • Drive viewership and streaming subscriptions, grow our awareness footprint, and leverage all organic marketing efforts to reach users in meaningful and engaging ways.
  • Align regional strategy with global LOB teams (content, curation, lifecycle, media, partnerships, product and growth marketing)
  • Track, measure, and analyze performance across all campaigns and make strategic optimizations to achieve and exceed brand and growth KPIs
  • Manage marketing budgets, including POs and invoices, ensuring accuracy and processing.
  • Foster a collaborative culture while contributing to global marketing best practices.
  • Adapt to evolving growth opportunities.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing campaign management (budgeting, planning, execution, reporting).
  • Experience leading end-to-end campaigns with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach.
  • Expertise in tailoring activations for specific audiences and goals.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted programs progressing within various timelines.
  • Experience with Media/OTT/Anime landscape, Indian pop culture, as we'll an understanding of multicultural communities
  • Experienced working with agencies in advertising, social media, influencer marketing and events
  • Proficiency in Creative Asset Management systems and Google Workspace.
  • Some regional travel will be required

Education & Language:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English; Hindi and other Indic languages is a plus
  • Education: MBA or equivalent experience
