Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who has been through the 0→1 startup journey and knows how to grow a brand from scratch. You’ll own the entire marketing function—from positioning and storytelling to performance marketing and brand growth. This is a role for someone who doesn’t just “execute campaigns,” but understands how to build a brand that lasts.

What You’ll Do

• Build and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for a skincare brand.
• Develop clear brand positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
• Run and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Drive awareness, consideration, and conversions with full-funnel thinking.
• Experiment, test, and double down on growth levers that move the needle.
• Collaborate with product, design, and founders to shape how the brand shows up across channels.
• Take full responsibility for growth metrics—this is about ownership, not just tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in an early-stage startup (0→1) environment.
• 3-5 years experience in marketing and brand building .
• Proven ability to run ads and scale on Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Strong grasp of brand positioning and storytelling.
• Ability to think like a founder—strategic, resourceful, and hands-on.
• Data-driven mindset with a creative edge.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty and experiment.
