Job Description

Job Title: Senior Marketing Team Lead - Real Estate Investments

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to attract HNIs, NRI investors, institutional clients, and retail investors.

  • Align marketing efforts with sales and investment advisory goals.

  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign roadmaps.

Team Management:

  • Lead a team of digital marketers, content creators, designers, and field marketing executives.

  • Provide training, direction, and regular performance feedback.

  • Foster a results-driven and investor-focused marketing culture.

Digital & Performance Marketing:

  • Drive lead generation via Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and investment portals.

  • Optimize CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates for investor acquisition.

  • Oversee website content, landing pages, SEO, analytics, and retargeting.

Content & Investor Communication:

  • Supervise creation of investment brochures, case studies, presentations, and investor pitch decks.

  • Coordinate webinars, online campaigns, and newsletters for investor education.

  • Ensure communication reflects trust, transparency, and returns-focused messaging.

Project Promotion:

  • Launch campaigns for new investment opportunities (plots, fractional ownership, commercial units, etc.).

  • Highlight ROI, legal clarity, risk factors, and unique selling points (USPs) in marketing.

  • Plan investor meets, site visits, webinars, and online consultations.

Branding & PR:

  • Build and maintain a strong investment brand image.

  • Manage PR campaigns, thought leadership content, and media coverage to attract serious investors.

  • Explore partnerships with wealth advisors, influencers, and financial planners.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in real estate or financial/investment services marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of investor behavior, risk appetite, and financial structuring of real estate deals.

  • Expertise in digital marketing tools, CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), and analytics platforms.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage marketing budgets and deliver ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Finance.

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in real estate, investments, or financial marketing, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

  • Bonus if experience includes working with HNIs, NRI clients, or investment platforms.

CTC Range: [3.5-4] LPA (based on experience and market fit)
