Job Summary:

Sr. Executive Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:

  Plan and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Content Marketing:

  Create, curate, and manage content across platforms including website, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and LinkedIn.

• Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  Work closely with the sales team to generate MQLs/SQLs through digital campaigns and nurture them via marketing automation tools.

• SEO/SEM & Analytics:

  Optimize website content and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.

• Event & Webinar Support:

  Organize and manage webinars, client events, trade shows, and industry seminars.

• Branding & Collateral:

  Assist in creating marketing collateral (brochures, decks, videos) in alignment with brand identity.

• Market Research:

  Track competitor activity, trends, and emerging technologies to assist strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
• 35 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the IT/Tech sector
• Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce)
• Prior experience working in an IT services company or B2B technology setup
