Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to promote our engineering college’s programs, admissions, and brand visibility. The role involves student outreach, campaign management, digital promotions, and building strong relationships with schools, institutions, and industry partners to increase admissions and strengthen the college’s presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for admissions and college branding.

Build strong connections with schools, coaching centers, and educational consultants.

Organize seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions to attract prospective students.

Manage social media pages, digital marketing, and website content for maximum reach.

Conduct market research on competitors, student trends, and educational demands.

Generate and follow up on leads for student admissions.

Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with admission goals.

Prepare promotional materials, brochures, advertisements, and press releases.

Represent the college in education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of proven experience in educational marketing/admissions.

Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Experience with digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.

Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions.

Creative, target-driven, and able to work under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in marketing for engineering/technical institutions.

Familiarity with student counseling and admission processes.

Knowledge of local and regional education market trends.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
