Company Description We are a manufacturer and exporter of high quality fashion accessories based in Kolkata Leather Complex, Bantala working with clients in Europe, UK, USA and Japan. Our vision is to be a one stop export house for brands across the world by having a strong both in house design and production team Role Description This is a Full-time hybrid role as Sales and Marketing executive at SILVER MELON PRIVATE LIMITED, located near Exide crossing with flexibility for some remote work. -The work involves getting new orders and generating enquiries from buyers in Europe, UK and USA markets. -Sending product details, catalogue and company profile to overseas buyers Roles and Responsibilities Marketing and business development to onboard new companies for B2B order generation Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients and distributors. Participate in international trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products. Monitor and report on the performance of export marketing initiatives. Tele-marketing and cold calling to target companies and send catalogue with company information over email and continuous follow up Liasoning with purchase managers and building relationships over phone and email Excellent sales and negotiation/Presentation skills (PPT must). Initiate inquiries, execute sampling, seek approvals, make commercial offer. Highly self motivated with an existing client base is preferable Qualifications Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing, business management, MBA or similar field Strong and clear speaking and writing skills in English to communicate with foreign buyers Candidates with Knowledge of any other foreign language- Spanish, Italian, German or French will be given preference 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing in import and export field in any industry Demonstrated ability to identify target market and generate sales with ability to persuade customers Proficiency in using marketing software and tools- lead generation tools, CRM and Linkedin sales navigator; MS office suite is a must Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-function teams, including product management, sourcing, and sales-manufacturing.
