Hospital Marketing Executive Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Hospital Marketing Executive / Manager is responsible for promoting hospital services, developing referral networks, building strong relationships with doctors, and increasing patient footfall through strategic marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Referral Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers
  • Regular visits to consulting doctors, general physicians, and specialists
  • Generate and track patient referrals
  • Address doctors’ concerns and ensure smooth coordination with hospital departments
  • Organize CME programs, doctor meetings, and medical camps

2. Hospital Marketing & Promotion

  • Promote hospital services, specialties, and facilities
  • Plan and execute offline and field marketing activities
  • Coordinate health check-up camps, awareness programs, and community outreach
  • Support branding activities to improve hospital visibility

3. Business Development

  • Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly patient and revenue targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and referrals

4. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, and billing teams
  • Ensure excellent service experience for referred patients
  • Follow up on patient feedback and satisfaction

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Knowledge of healthcare / hospital operations
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, reporting)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Healthcare Management (preferred)
  • MBA (Marketing / Hospital Management) – added advantage

Experience

  • Marketing Executive: 1–3 years in hospital or healthcare marketing
  • Marketing Manager: 4–7 years in hospital marketing and doctor relations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of active referring doctors
  • Increase in patient referrals
  • Achievement of revenue and patient targets
  • Brand visibility and outreach effectiveness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,745.88 per month
