MARKETING & BRANDING1

Brand Visibility & Positioning

  • Build and strengthen the hospital’s brand identity across all platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, logo usage, and communication standards.
  • Improve brand recall in the hospital’s catchment area.
  • Position the hospital as a trusted, ethical, and quality healthcare provider.

KPIs:

  • Brand awareness metrics
  • Increase in walk-in inquiries
  • Market recall feedback

2. Patient Acquisition & Revenue Support

  • Drive OPD, IPD, diagnostic, and procedure volumes through ethical marketing.
  • Support specialty-wise growth plans (cardiology, nephrology, orthopaedics, etc.).
  • Promote preventive health check-ups and wellness programs.
  • Coordinate with clinical teams for service promotion.

KPIs:

  • OPD/IPD growth %
  • Specialty-wise patient volume
  • Conversion rate of inquiries to admissions

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage hospital website, SEO, and online listings.
  • Monitor and improve Google ratings, reviews, and online reputation.
  • Run ethical digital campaigns (social media, Google ads, content).
  • Ensure accurate and updated service information online.

4. Doctor Referral & Relationship Management

8. Patient Experience & Feedback Support

  • Coordinate with hospital teams to improve patient touchpoints.
