🔹 Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field-based and secondary market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and client proposals.
• Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth communication with clients.
• Support the sales team by following up with leads, customers, and agents.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors for continued business.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics.
• Participate in trade-related events or client meetings when required.

🔹 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of

  2 years of experience

  in

  shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics

  marketing.
• Strong understanding of logistics workflows and customer requirements in EXIM trade.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of market dynamics related to ports, ICDs, shipping lines, and freight rates.
• Good analytical and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
