Role Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Designer who loves turning ideas into visuals that perform. You’ll design high-impact campaigns, ads, and visuals across platforms — from paid media to social and email — collaborating with the creative, growth, and product teams.

What You’ll Do

• Create digital ad creatives, banners, and social visuals for ongoing campaigns.
• Conceptualize visuals for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Design for performance with a balance of creativity and clarity.
• Work with copywriters, growth managers, and product designers.
• Execute designs that fit Way.com’s visual brand and tone.
• Explore motion and storytelling to drive engagement.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing design or growth design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and storytelling.
• Understanding of digital marketing and ad metrics.
• A portfolio that shows creativity and an eye for detail.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow fast in a creative environment.
