You’ll be the final gatekeeper, making sure that what we publish is polished, consistent, and human, not robotic or riddled with jargon. You’ll help us with clean, helpful content that reflects Way’s brand and builds trust with our audience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review content for grammar, clarity, tone, and U.S. English usage
  • Spot awkward phrasing, inconsistency, and formatting errors before anyone else does
  • Run manual and tool-based checks for AI usage and plagiarism
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers, with a focus on long-term improvement
  • Maintain and evolve a QA checklist that reflects our brand, style, and standards
  • Support our content team in keeping things sharp, trustworthy, and human

 

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in content QA, editing, or writing
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. English conventions, idioms, and writing norms
  • Strong editing instincts - you know when something feels off and how to fix it
  • Experience using tools like Grammarly, Copyscape, or Originality.ai (bonus points for all three)
  • A calm, methodical approach in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • (Nice to have) Background in journalism, content marketing, or digital editing.
