The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic content leader to help shape and scale the Edplatza brand. As our Head of Content Strategy, you’ll define and execute a high-impact content strategy across our core offerings: tutoring, test preparation, admissions, and coaching.

This is a foundational role—not just overseeing content but building our voice, systems, and standards from the ground up. You'll play a pivotal role in driving audience engagement, brand trust, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

Set the Strategy

• Own the overall content strategy, ensuring a unified voice across all business areas and audiences
• Develop a strategic editorial calendar aligned with business goals and seasonal academic cycles

Lead Content Creation & Editing

• Write and edit a range of high-quality content: from educational guides and landing pages to email campaigns and thought leadership pieces
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex insights into accessible, engaging content
• Define and uphold the Edplatza tone—credible, empathetic, and results-focused

Understand & Serve Our Audiences

• Develop a deep understanding of our audiences: from parents and school-age learners to test-takers and mid-career professionals
• Conduct research to shape content that meets real needs and delivers value

Drive Results

• Partner with marketing, SEO, and growth teams to build content that drives discovery and conversion
• Set up and track performance metrics—engagement, traffic, leads—and continuously improve based on results

Who You Are

• Experienced Content Leader:

  15+ years in editorial or content strategy, ideally in Business, Start-up, Education, EdTech, Coaching, or Knowledge Services

• Exceptional Writer & Editor:

  Able to craft and refine content that’s clear, compelling, and tailored to diverse audiences

• Strategic Thinker:

  You understand how content drives growth and have experience with SEO, funnel strategy, and digital performance

• Curious Researcher:

  You know how to ask the right questions, dig into data, and surface human insights

• Collaborative Builder:

  You thrive in cross-functional teams, working with marketing, design, and subject experts to get things done
