Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering market and customer information from websites and other social media platforms, build database from various sources of information
  • Assist with providing outbound sales coverage of territories
  • Coordinate, plan and own the execution of trade shows / events / Webinars / Roundtable conferences
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Work with Parent company to manage marketing funds and track progress
  • Responsible for internal and external communications, brand building activities etc
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
  • Responsible for Planning, generation and tracking of leads generation / demand generation programs.
  • Responsible for preparing right content for corporate presentations, drive customer engagement through digital channels, build creative content for promotion of company brand.
  • Responsible for building a strong MQL across line of businesses or solutions.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
  • Engagement with Industry Forums for events and Speaker slots
  • Pre-sales and Post sales activities like customer success stories, flyers, banners, social media updates, website material updates etc
  • Plan and publish press releases, central marketing campaigns,
  • Open to undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Managers in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated; Creative and can think out of the box
  • Experience with product or service marketing firm is an added advantage
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g., Web Trends)
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally over the phone, in person written responses and reports.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
  • Organized, flexible and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Adaptable to change
  • Hands on knowledge and experience with MS Office PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, marketing automation tools, social media / listening tools, brand building approaches.
  • Persistent with a team attitude and creative approach towards problem solving.
  • Should be flexible to travel and meet customers
