Job Description

Key Deliverables

Conduct legal research and advise on regulatory and compliance matters with a focus on Middle East jurisdictions (Dubai, Bahrain)
Draft, review, negotiate, and close agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and manage contract repository efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure business and align legal strategies with market trends
Provide risk assessment and commercial legal counsel to support fintech and Web3 business operations

Role Responsibilities

Manage legal operations related to Middle East laws, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with external counsels, partners, and vendors
Maintain and optimize contract management tools and legal documentation repositories
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor team members to foster growth and legal excellence
