About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure.
Develop and review detailed financial models for infrastructure projects.
Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements.
Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders.
Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports.

Qualifications & Experience

MBA (Finance)
or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM).
Minimum
10 years of relevant experience
in PPP transaction advisory, with strong financial modelling skills.
Prior experience with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Expertise in PPP policies, MCA guidelines, and sectoral regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
