Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Ownership & Growth Leadership

  • Own and deliver on

    annual revenue, growth, and profitability targets

    within assigned vertical(s).
  • Build, manage, and close a

    multi-million-dollar enterprise sales pipeline

    across strategic accounts.
  • Drive

    new client acquisition

    while nurturing existing accounts for long-term growth.
  • Lead

    complex enterprise sales cycles

    and negotiations with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CFO, CRO, CISO).
  • Manage

    forecasting, deal governance, pricing, and contract negotiations

    with precision and discipline.

2. Domain-Led Solutioning

  • Act as the

    domain evangelist

    for your industry Travel, BFSI, Aviation, Hospitality, or Logistics.
  • Collaborate with

    Product and Technology teams

    to design

    AI-native, scalable solutions

    for specific business challenges (e.g., revenue optimization, risk analytics, personalization, compliance).
  • Build

    ROI models and business cases

    demonstrating measurable outcomes from AI-driven initiatives.
  • Ensure all solutions meet

    enterprise-grade standards

    for security, compliance, and scalability.

3. Strategic & Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Define and execute the

    GTM strategy

    for your vertical, identifying high-value accounts and opportunities.
  • Partner with

    Marketing, Partnerships, and Product

    teams to design

    account-based growth campaigns

    .
  • Build strategic

    alliances with system integrators, cloud partners, and consulting firms

    to extend market reach.
  • Represent AIonOS through

    industry events, whitepapers, and thought leadership initiatives

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a

    high-performance sales team

    , ensuring accountability, consistency, and excellence.
  • Establish

    sales playbooks, best practices, and scalable frameworks

    to drive predictable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with

    Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Delivery

    to ensure seamless client experiences.

5. Executive Communication & Influence

  • Represent AIonOS in

    C-suite and board-level discussions

    with clients and partners.
  • Influence decision-making through

    data-driven insights and compelling storytelling

  • Develop

    trusted advisory relationships

    with key executives and industry leaders.

Key Skills & Attributes

Experience

  • 7 to 15 years

    of total experience in

    enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development

    .
  • Minimum

    4 to 5 years of domain experience

    in

    Travel, Aviation, Hospitality, BFSI, or Transport/Logistics

    .
  • Proven track record of

    closing six- or seven-figure deals

    in

    Tech / SaaS / Digital / AI

    environments.

Sales Acumen

  • Strong

  • Expertise in

    consultative and value-based selling

  • Experience selling
