Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President/Director - Finance

As a qualified CA & CS Senior Manager/AVP/Director, you will be responsible for leading finance and accounts functions, client-facing engagements, team management, and strategic decision-making. With 8-16 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving financial integrity, business partnership, and overall financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Finance & Accounts activities including accounting, month-end close, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, cash flow, and treasury management. - Partner with clients on deal structuring, pricing, profitability analysis, and client reporting. - Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning to ensure project and corporate profitability. - Ensure compliance and governance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team across multiple functions.
