Senior Manager - Vendor Management

As a Senior Manager - Vendor Management at our young, fast-growing firm, your role will involve end-to-end partner management across PAN India. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building and managing a sustainable and strong Forex Channel Partners network. - Ensuring compliance with company and Sales SOPs. - Driving the adoption of new vendor management practices. - Developing a problem-solving culture focused on addressing root causes. - Collaborating effectively cross-functionally within your assigned region and with peers. - Being willing to travel to centers to understand and resolve issues. - Meeting with Forex Vendors to resolve issues and enhance their work performance. - Providing analytical support for business optimization initiatives. - Timely troubleshooting of all vendor problems and reporting to management as necessary. - Identifying potential risks and proactively managing risk. Desired Qualifications: - A graduate with 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial or e-commerce domains. - Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated individual. - Disciplined, enthusiastic, with a keen focus on attention to detail. - Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate would be preferred.
