Senior Manager - Vendor Management

As a Senior Manager - Vendor Management at our young, fast-growing and dynamic firm, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Build and manage a sustainable and strong Forex Channel Partners network. - Ensure compliance with company and Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Drive the adoption of new vendor management practices. - Cultivate a problem-solving culture that addresses issues at their root cause. - Collaborate effectively cross-functionally within your assigned region and with peers. - Be willing to travel to different centers to understand and resolve problems. - Meet with Forex Vendors to address issues and enhance their work performance. - Oversee and provide analytical support for business optimization initiatives. - Timely troubleshoot all vendor problems and report to management as necessary. - Identify potential risks and proactively manage risk. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A graduate with 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial or e-commerce domains. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated individual. - Disciplined, enthusiastic, with a keen focus on attention to detail. - Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate will be preferred.
