Job Title: Senior Manager – Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the technical training roadmap for engineering, product, ad operations, and support teams.
• Design and deliver training programs on media ad tools such as, Google Marketing, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon DSP, Google Ad Manager and ad-serving technologies, etc
• Conduct onboarding bootcamps, tool certifications, and upskilling sessions for different functional groups.
• Collaborating with tech SMEs and product leads to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, certification scores, productivity benchmarks, and business KPIs.
• Implement digital learning via LMS platforms and e-learning tools for scalable knowledge delivery.
• Guide a small team of trainers/content creators and manage vendor relationships.
• Stay updated with evolving AdTech trends, privacy regulations, and tool enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in technical training, L&D, or platform enablement in the digital advertising/AdTech space.
• Strong understanding of media platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, tracking, attribution, and audience data tools.
• Hands-on experience with training delivery across tools like DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Working knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS), APIs, SQL, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and data analytics tools.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
