Strategic Recruitment Leadership

Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment strategy for VCC

Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, VCC Management and Programme Office to forecast hiring needs and build proactive talent pipelines.

Lead a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, ensuring delivery against hiring SLAs and quality benchmarks.

Manpower Planning & Costing

Collaborate with VCC Programme Office and Finance to align hiring plans with approved budgets.

Analyze and report on headcount plans, cost per hire, and compensation benchmarks.

Provide insights on workforce mix (permanent vs. contingent), internal mobility, and cost-effective sourcing models.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, ensuring alignment on role requirements, timelines, and market realities.

Manage external recruitment partners, negotiate commercials, and ensure compliance with SLAs.

Process Excellence & Analytics

Drive process improvements in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding.

Leverage ATS and recruitment analytics to track funnel metrics, hiring velocity, and diversity goals.

Qualifications and experience
  • 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years in a lead role focused on technology hiring preferred
  • MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree.
  • Exposure to scaling hiring in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders or in matrix organizations.
  • Proven experience in manpower planning, budgeting, and cost modeling.
  • Strong understanding of the tech talent landscape
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, Excel/Power BI for costing models)
