Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Retail & Corporate | Contract-8 Months Location: Gurgaon Type: Fixed-Term (8 Months) About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team on a fixed-term basis for 8 months. This role is critical in shaping and executing hiring strategies across both Retail (store-based) and Corporate functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both retail and corporate positions. Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. Define performance benchmarks and provide continuous feedback to enhance team effectiveness. Champion employer branding efforts to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, diversity ratios, offer-to-join ratio). Leverage data and analytics to refine hiring strategies and improve process efficiency. Prepare and present detailed recruitment dashboards and reports for business reviews. Drive key TA initiatives such as diversity hiring, internal mobility, and employee referral programs. Manage leadership and niche hiring independently, with a focus on excellence and process optimization. Who You Are: Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably across both retail and corporate domains. Demonstrated success in managing recruitment teams and driving hiring strategy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a data-driven mindset. Experience in leading TA projects and initiatives (e.g., diversity, internal mobility). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong execution capabilities.
