Job Description

Tata Play is India's leading DTH brand with over 15 million subscribers across the country. Staying true to its commitment of making tomorrow better than today, Tata Play’s growth over the years has been cemented by many innovations and enhancements. We are actively seeking a creative and analytical mind to drive subscriber communications to upsell broadcaster products, value- added services available on Tata Play and connect with premium consumers for OTT partnerships. Experience with AI-based communication or analytical tools would be an added advantage. The ideal candidate must have hands on experience in building consumer-facing brands, developing communications for direct-to-consumer campaigns that leverage data and insights, managing agencies to direct and manage development of multiple campaigns & flawless execution of campaigns across Tata Play owned media. This role is highly collaborative in nature & the ideal candidate would be someone who enjoys working with people & interacting with multiple stakeholders to solve creative & business problems.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• A self-motivated marketeer with a sharp analytical mindset, adept at interpreting consumer behaviour, evaluating campaign performance, and monitoring industry shifts to proactively recommend communication strategies

• Conceptualize clear brief that help guide and direct partner agencies to develop creatives that are relevant and clutter breaking

• Highly proficient in conceptualizing and development of sharp and impactful creatives – principles of art, layout and copy as per consumer medium/channel

• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment of business objectives while sharing a sharp, consumer-centric communication perspective

• Influencing and managing expectations from senior stakeholders and cross functional teams - commercial, content, NPD, customer operations

• Closely tracking KPIs on products and business managed to monitor efficiency & effectiveness of communication & recommend improvements

• Data analysis to dig out learnings and developing hypothesis for testing


Experience - 6-8 years of related work experience. Candidates currently handling customer facing and brand marketing role with reputed organisations would have an added advantage.


Educational Qualifications- Full time post-graduation from a reputed institute.
