Senior Manager - Strategy

The job involves working onsite at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, focusing on formulating and implementing strategic plans to enhance efficiency and profitability. With at least 15 years of work experience, preferably in Strategy, you should demonstrate team management experience, a strong grasp of business management, financial knowledge, and leadership principles. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential. A comprehensive understanding of various business processes and strategy development is also required. Your key responsibilities will involve directing and overseeing the company's strategic and long-term goal planning function in new or future businesses. You will drive strategic initiatives, contribute to the development of long-term growth plans and profitability goals, and analyze and recommend emerging industry trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and more.
