Senior Manager - Strategy

You will be responsible for: - Formulating and implementing strategic plans to increase efficiency and profitability. - Identifying business opportunities in the Digital Entertainment space and implementing plans to increase revenue. - Working closely with other department heads and senior management to develop strategic plans. - Monitoring and analyzing industry trends and market behavior to shape the company's strategic initiatives. - Driving the company's commerce strategy and overseeing the implementation of new projects and initiatives. - Presenting strategic plans and performance reviews to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. A Masters degree from Tier 1 institute will be considered an advantage. - Proven experience with minimum 15 years of work exp., preferably in the field of Strategy. - Experience in managing a team. - Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. - Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
