As a Senior Manager - Strategy for Siemens Energy India Ltd, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Grid Technologies business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage the energy transition effectively, ensuring long-term growth and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating with global teams, inspiring management with innovative ideas, and leading strategic projects to drive impactful decisions and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Inspire management with compelling ideas for business growth - Develop strategies for managing energy transition in Grid Technologies - Identify key challenges and opportunities and propose project ideas for transformation - Lead strategic projects across complex settings towards clear decisions and impact - Collaborate with Global GT Strategy team and Leaders to drive critical projects - Support GTM/GT Sales for Vertical and Customer Strategies - Monitor progress on transformation initiatives and derive corrective actions - Analyze and translate business challenges and complex data into actionable solutions Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering - Minimum 10 years of working experience in the Power sector, with at least 5 years in business development, sales, or strategy consulting - Strong understanding of Power Transmission, relevant sectors, and markets - Learning mindset with interest in bringing new ideas for strategy execution - Innovative and open to new ways of thinking, result, and quality-oriented approach - Work experience in diverse cultures, with analytical mindset and strong strategic judgment - Ability to abstract and summarize key points and distil insights from analysis - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills In this role, you will report to the Head of Strategy & Sustainability at Siemens Energy India Limited and play a key role in driving a culture of accountability, execution, collaboration, and customer focus. You will be expected to stay updated with external market developments, connect with regulatory bodies, propose strategic ideas, and support critical processes within the organization. Additionally, you will drive SE global and country priorities across Grid Technologies, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes.
