Job Title: Senior Manager Solar

Senior Manager Solar

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end solar projects (utility-scale / rooftop / EPC, as applicable)
Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee project planning, execution, budgeting, and timelines
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Monitor project performance and prepare MIS reports for senior leadership
Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives
Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and capability

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred); MBA is an added advantage
10–12 years of relevant experience in the solar industry
Strong understanding of solar technologies, EPC processes, and project lifecycle
Proven leadership and people management skills
Experience working with regulatory bodies, utilities, and vendors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills

Currently based in
Ahmedabad
or
willing to relocate
Strong track record in managing large or multiple solar projects
Result-oriented with a strategic mindset
