Job Description

Technical Development and Implementation

Design the architecture of ServiceNow applications and modules with a focus on HR services and alumni portal.

Organize and structure taxonomies, knowledge bases, record producers, and self-service portals to enhance user accessibility and experience.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, testers, stakeholders, and other team members to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Participate in release and iteration planning meetings with the development team and other key stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.

Contribute to solution design and testing phases, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

Process Optimization and Governance

Identify opportunities for process optimization and propose enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and automation.

Ensure alignment of solutions with HR practices, organizational policies, and industry standards for security, compliance, and governance.

Contribute on the detailed technical documentation, including Design Specifications: High-Level Solution Design (HLSD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security and Governance: Security License to Operate (SLTO), and Solution Deployment Plan (SDP).

Monitor platform compliance with data protection regulations, ensuring all solutions adhere to organizational and legal standards.

Participate in the Discovery workshops to understand business needs and requirements, and align them with the proposed solution.
