Job Title: Senior Manager Security & Administration

Location:

Role Objective:

To lead and manage the security and administrative functions of the Bhachau site, ensuring safety, discipline, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Management:

• Oversee all aspects of physical security for the site, including perimeter security, access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response.
• Develop and implement security protocols and SOPs.
• Liaise with local law enforcement and government agencies as needed.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Manage security personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.

Administration:

• Supervise facility management including housekeeping, transport, canteen, and general upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to administration and safety.
• Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements for administrative services.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth functioning of administrative operations.
• Handle crisis management and business continuity planning.

Leadership & Discipline:

• Instil discipline and a culture of accountability across the site.
• Lead by example, especially in areas of punctuality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in security and admin functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in security management or administration preferred.
• Minimum 12–17 years of experience in security and administration, preferably in industrial or manufacturing setups.
• Ex-Army / Armed Forces / Paramilitary background strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
• Familiarity with local laws, labor regulations, and safety standards.
