Job Title: Security In-Charge

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to oversee dispatch operations, security checks, and company vehicle management. The role involves ensuring smooth logistics, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day operational efficiency across branches and courier services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct final medicine checks before dispatch (excluding batch-MRP items).
• Record and update all dispatch invoices, challans, and branch transfer copies in the ERP system.
• Handle manual invoice entries and maintain proper documentation.
• Manage non-delivered invoices, including return checks and refund processes.
• Perform routine security checks within the premises.
• Track company vehicle mileage and oversee fuel expenses, maintenance schedules, spare part replacements, insurance, PUC, tax, fitness, and authorization validity.
• Process online payments for traffic fines and manage FASTag recharges, including KYC updates.
• File branch transfer and courier consignment copies systematically.
• Follow up on courier consignments and update records in the ERP system.
• Prepare and maintain Sunday duty rosters for store staff and delivery personnel.
• Maintain and update attendance registers for all delivery staff.
• Monitor office vehicle GPS tracking and manage annual subscription renewals.
• Print invoices (A4 size) as required.
• Prepare courier and bus booking addresses.
• Attend incoming store phone calls and provide necessary support.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in logistics, dispatch, or security operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with EasySol or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel Report Preparation.
• Knowledge about MS office suite of apps.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle compliance and maintenance processes.
