Security Supervisor

To supervise and ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets by managing the security team effectively during the assigned 12-hour shift. The role involves maintaining discipline, monitoring activities, handling incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the team of security guards deployed during the shift.
• Ensure gate control, visitor management, and vehicle movement are properly recorded and monitored.
• Conduct regular patrolling of the premises and ensure proper functioning of CCTV and access control systems.
• Respond promptly to any security breaches, emergencies, or incidents and report them to management.
• Ensure that all guards maintain proper grooming, discipline, and alertness during duty.
• Check attendance, post allocations, and maintain daily shift reports/logbooks.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor entry/exit of materials as per company policy and verify gate passes.
• Assist in conducting mock drills, fire safety training, and emergency preparedness exercises.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security operations and incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate (preferred).
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in industrial / residential / commercial security operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in managing a team working 12-hour shifts preferred.
• Knowledge of CCTV operations, access control systems, and emergency response protocols.
• Ex-servicemen / candidates with security training certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
