Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at The Manohar, with 2-4 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate security personnel for effective crowd control and safety.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent accidents and incidents.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to resolve security issues.
Train and guide employees on security procedures and policies.
Monitor and report any security breaches or concerns to management.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of security principles and practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with emergency response procedures and protocols.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
