Coordinate with HR and Training teams for recruitment, onboarding, and skill enhancement of guards. Ensure statutory compliance related to ESIC, PF, wages, and labor laws at all operational sites. Prepare operational reports, incident logs, and MIS reports on performance and compliance. Manage rostering, shift planning, and leave management of security personnel. Foster a culture of discipline, professionalism, and accountability among the team. Key Requirements: 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management in the Security / Facility / Manpower Services industry. Strong knowledge of manpower deployment, client servicing, and statutory compliance. Excellent leadership and team supervision skills. Good understanding of security protocols, guard training, and client-specific SOPs. Proficiency in report writing, operational documentation, and usage of MS Office tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams. Ability to handle pressure, resolve field challenges, and take ownership of results.
