Sales Manager

This role involves extensive travel across Gujarat to engage with industrial, corporate, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in key sectors industrial units, housing societies, commercial complexes, retail, logistics, and corporate offices.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and proposal submissions for security and manpower outsourcing services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the operations and HR teams for smooth service execution and manpower deployment.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in

    B2B / Corporate Sales

    .
  • Excellent

    negotiation, communication, and networking

    skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of

    security services, manpower outsourcing, or facility management

    is highly desirable.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
  • Fluency in

    English, Hindi, and Gujarati

    preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred).
  • Minimum

    4-8 years

    of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Security Services, Facility Management, or related industries.
  • Should have a good

    client network across Gujarat
