Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing strategies to expand the client base and market for Hitachi Lift India Pvt. Ltd. in the Southern region. Your role will involve creating and executing sales strategies to meet profit and revenue targets, managing customer relationships, analyzing sales performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Southern region to achieve profit and revenue targets by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. - Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members, and conducting regular performance reviews and evaluations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate and close complex sales deals. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive sales performance improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives, and communicate sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. Qualification Required: - BE / B Tech (Electrical / Mech) + MBA (Sales, Marketing) Additional Company Details: Hitachi Lift India Pvt.
