Senior Manager- Retail Operations

You will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring adherence to SOPs. Your role will involve monitoring store performance, sales, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be supporting inventory management to minimize stock discrepancies. Leading and developing store teams will be a key aspect of your job to enhance productivity and service. You will also drive customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies will be crucial in this role. Implementing process improvements and retail technology solutions will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a Full-time position with benefits including health insurance, internet reimbursement, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. The schedule for this role is Day shift, with performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus incentives.
