Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead day-to-day operations across a growing network of retail stores. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring a blend of strategic thinking and operational execution to drive store performance, customer experience, and regional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple retail outlets in assigned regions.
• Implement and monitor retail SOPs to ensure consistent and efficient execution across stores.
• Drive store performance metrics including revenue, conversion, staff productivity, customer satisfaction, and inventory health.
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, HR, and other internal teams to support retail operations.
• Plan and execute new store launches, ensuring timely setup and operational readiness.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement scalable solutions.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior leadership on business performance and growth opportunities.
  

Candidate Profile:

• 15-20 years of experience in multi-location retail operations, preferably in organized retail, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven leadership capability in managing large field teams and driving performance across diverse geographies.
• Strong analytical and operational problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business expansion, new store rollouts, and operational streamlining.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
