Job Description

  • Develop Short Term and Long Term Strategy and Roadmap for Resource Planning Priorities.
  • Work with Business Heads to ensure accurate built of Budgets and Headcount Forecasts, questioning assumptions where appropriate.
  • Liaise with Business Heads and make recommendations on functional level efficiency plans.
  • Provide Insights to Leadership Team on Site capacity plans through timely review.
  • Work closely with Finance Reporting Team on cost impact due to change in Business Plans, highlighting both risks and opportunities.
  • Co-ordinate with site Recruitment team to ensure efficiencies are delivered and all signings have been fully considered and appropriate sign-off given.
  • Propose continuous improvement opportunities to improve SLA s / reduce costs and provide increased flexibility.
  • Lead the Bengaluru Resource Planning team taking full accountability for TMT/HC/Functional RP activities and deliverables.
  • Responsible for signing off and maintaining repository of Growth Role, Role Upgrades, HC Transfer and Efficiency through Headcount Governance process for all function in TBS.
  • Drive Utilization & provide insights to the leadership team through time management tool.
