An exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager - Quality & Service Excellence professional to work on strategic transformation projects, process excellence, and capability building across distribution functions. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone with a strong Six Sigma Black Belt background and experience in the insurance or BFSI sector. Responsibilities - Deliver and mentor high-impact Six Sigma (BB/GB) projects to drive efficiency, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement. Manage transformation projects end-to-end with strong stakeholder alignment and governance structures. Own and drive the Business Process Management System from documentation to process training and gap analysis. Requirements - Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with strong Minitab proficiency. 5+ years of experience in quality and transformation roles , preferably in the insurance or BFSI sector , with distribution function exposure. Proficiency in Design Thinking , Innovation frameworks, Kaizen, and Lean tools. Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
