Lead LPAs, internal audits, and ensure process compliance.
Review rejections, drive corrective actions, and lead Redbin analysis.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for quality improvements.
Conduct pre-dispatch inspections & manage IFM documentation.
Strong understanding of process & product audits.
Data analysis and report preparation (MPR/MIS).
Hands-on in defect analysis and improvement actions.
Handle daily customer quality interactions, mainly with MSIL & TKM.
Investigate customer complaints & warranty issues through RCA & CAPA.
Coordinate with QREs for rejection control & issue resolution.
Manage customer portals and upload quality reports (4M, SMIR, Warranty
Maintain and improve QMS as per IATF 16949 standards.
Conduct internal audits, ensure closure of NCs.
Lead Six Sigma & continuous improvement initiatives.
Support customer audits (VSA) and ensure compliance.
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949 & customer-specific audits.
RCA, CAPA & Six Sigma proficiency.
Coordinate with RQC for incoming inspection & supplier PPM monitoring.
Conduct supplier audits & training (IATF, ZDI).
Manage supplier PPAP/PPVT readiness and approval.
Good supplier management & audit handling skills.
Knowledge of PPAP, PPM control, and ZDI implementation.
Expertise in 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, PFMEA).
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills (8D, Why-Why, CAPA).
Good knowledge of MSIL & TKM requirements.
Excellent communication & coordination skills
