Business Excellence Executive | Minda Corporation Limited Location: Greater Noida Education: B.Tech (Mandatory) Experience: 5-6 years in Business Excellence, Quality Management, or related fields Minda Corporation Limited is seeking a Business Excellence Executive to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Total Productive Management (TPM), and experience in quality management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement. Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and provide insights for decision-making. Collaborate with department heads to design and implement training programs focused on TPM and continuous improvement. Lead root cause analysis (RCA) sessions to address process inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare and present monthly business excellence reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics and improvement initiatives. Implement Total Quality Management (TQM) strategies, ensuring defect reduction and improved product quality. Technical Expertise & Skills: Process Optimization: TPM pillars, cycle time study, OEE calculation, and performance improvement strategies. Quality Tools & Analysis: Proficiency in FMEA, RCA, and 7 QC tools for problem-solving and defect prevention. Maintenance & Reliability: Expertise in MTTR & MTBF analysis to enhance equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. Performance Metrics: Skilled in machine availability and performance loss calculation. Continuous Improvement: Hands-on experience with 5S, POKA-YOKE, Kaizen, and autonomous maintenance systems. Risk Assessment: Equipment criticality ranking based on severity, occurrence, and detectability.
