Role Overview

Hostin Services Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – Business Excellence to drive strategic initiatives, streamline business operations, and elevate executive communication. This role is pivotal in supporting the VP of Sales & Strategy with high-impact presentations, weekly business projections, and cross-functional project execution. The ideal candidate combines sharp business acumen with exceptional coordination and storytelling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Presentation Development:

  Craft compelling, data-driven presentations for internal reviews, client pitches, and strategic meetings. Ensure clarity, visual polish, and narrative alignment with business goals.•

  Business Projections & Analytics:

  Own the weekly business projection process—collating inputs from sales, marketing, and finance to deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights.

  • Strategic Initiative Management:

  Drive key cross-functional projects from ideation to execution. Track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Stakeholder Coordination:

  Act as a central point of contact across departments. Facilitate seamless communication between sales, product, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Process Optimization:

  Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements in reporting, planning, and execution workflows to enhance business agility.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in business excellence, strategy, or program management roles within tech, consulting, or high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise in executive presentation design (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and forecasting models.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at influencing senior stakeholders.• Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional teams.• MBA or equivalent preferred.
