Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, agreements, and commercial terms.
Ensure contractual compliance in line with company standards, legal requirements, and project specifications.
Identify contract risks, prepare claims, variations, and commercial correspondences.
Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
Reporting direct to M.D. Sir.
