Daily work ManagementDaily claim monitoring , Understanding deviation from current trends, identifying variation and find the cause of it Warranty failed part analysis centerWork with suppliers for timely analysis and disposal of failure parts Prepare MIS for various management reviews Dealer visits to capture the customer concerns Dealer visits to continually improve teh diagnostic processes Supplier visit Analysis of failure parts, idenifying areas of improvements for current products, front load the lessosns learnt for new product developement Liasoning with CoE ( centre of excellence) within PVT to identify solution, prepare implementation plan with help from CoE Warranty cost planning Vendor Recovery of failure parts as per the DSA ( Development and Supply Agreement)
