Tasks The Business Manager (BM) will be responsible for driving sales, managing dealer operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. This role requires strong execution capabilities to enhance market penetration, improve retail performance, and support dealership teams in achieving sales targets. Sales & Business Development: Achieve retail targets for commercial vehicles (trucks) in the assigned territory. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve market share. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Support dealers in executing promotional activities, customer engagement programs, and financing solutions. Dealer & Channel Management: Work closely with dealer principals and sales teams to optimize dealership performance. Ensure proper inventory management and order planning to meet customer demand. Monitor dealer profitability and provide support for process improvements. Conduct periodic dealer reviews and ensure adherence to company policies and performance benchmarks. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with fleet owners, institutional customers, and key accounts. Support service teams in resolving customer complaints and improving customer experience. Conduct customer feedback analysis and implement necessary corrective actions. Drive customer retention initiatives and aftersales engagement to ensure brand loyalty. Operational Execution & Market Intelligence: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales achievement, market share, and dealer performance. Conduct market research to track competitor activities and emerging trends. Provide periodic reports and insights to the Area Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
