Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage project delivery from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Oversee warehouse management system (WMS) implementation projects, including site surveys, data migration, and training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
Ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle through regular status updates and issue resolution meetings.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and budgets.
Communications with IT, Projects Infra Team and Operations Team
Communications with Customer for WMS Implementation
IT and WMS Support
BRD Preparation & sign-offs and ISD confirmation
UAT and confirmation for deployment
Gap analysis for WMS functionalities against BRD
Infrastructure –
Design confirmation for Infrastructure (MHE, Racking, IT Infra)
Go-live Support –
Actual Process mapping and confirmation
Need to be stationed

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Project Delivery Management or related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; MBA preferred
Proven expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
