Requirements

Aboutthe Role We areseeking a seasoned Lean Management Coach with deep expertise in Agilemethodologies and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) to drivetransformation and continuous improvement across our organization. This role isideal for a strategic thinker and hands\-on practitioner who thrives in dynamicenvironments and is passionate about enabling teams to deliver value, efficiently and effectively.
KeyResponsibilities

Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, Lean thinking, and SAFe practices.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build internal capabilities.
Assess current processes and identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.
Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align Lean and Agile practices with business goals.
Lead Lean transformation initiatives across departments, embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
Support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and support PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and other SAFe ceremonies.
Develop and implement metrics to measure the impact of Lean and Agile initiatives and evaluate productivity improvements.
Act as a change agent, fostering a mindset of experimentation, learning, and growth.
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in Lean Management, Agile coaching, or related roles.

Proven track record of implementing SAFe and Agile frameworks in complex environments.

Strong facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills.

SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Deep understanding of Lean principles, value stream mapping, and continuous improvement tools.

Experience working in enterprise\-level transformations and coaching at all organizational levels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
