Job Location: EON IT Park, Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid) Role: Sr. Manager - Program Manager Skills: Telecom BSS/Bibda, AD Projects, Program/Project Management, Budget Management Experience: 15 to 20 Years Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Lead assigned big and complex Programs to completion within defined KPIs Develop and implement project management programs which contain the details of a project Expert in Customer engagement Establish milestones and implement action plans for achieving set objectives Define the PM framework & Operating Model, if needed &Work on RFP/RFI for new Opportunities Guide and support junior program/project managers & Drive organizational/ service line level changes, whenever provided with an opportunity.
