As our Responsible AI (RAI) Senior Manager for Programs and Operations, youll be the driving force behind AI experiences that millions of customers experience every day. You will be the single threaded leader for programs and operations leading teams across 2 locations. You will lead several complex programs across trust and privacy enabling continuous improvements to our trust related ML models, creating and maintaining golden data sets for evaluations, red teaming, incident monitoring and support, and customer feedback monitoring. Drive the comprehensive Responsible AI operations programs for AI-powered features across voice, vision, and trust domains Develop and execute ambitious RAI operations roadmaps with clear KPIs, delivering measurable customer and business value Lead initiatives to implement RAI governance frameworks, working closely with legal, policy, and privacy teams Partner with engineering and science teams to improved technical safeguards that protect customer experiences while advancing innovation Define and implement processes for risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation throughout the product lifecycle Lead multiple teams across geographical locations that manage the execute the RAI programs You will lead other leaders to set and execute on the vision. You also have a proven track record hiring and developing program managers, risk analysts, and device associates. You will help them meet and exceed their career goals. 10+ years of program management and operations experience or similar functions Masters degree Experience leading large teams of 50+ members Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results Experience working with technical teams to design and develop features in internal-customer facing products Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. In particular, identifying customer needs and inventing new ways to meet those needs. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels Experience building program and operations roadmaps; adapt rapidly to business needs Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization Awareness of ML and LLMs with a high degree of curiosity to learn new knowledge
