Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic planning:
Develop and implement program strategies that support overall company objectives
Program Oversight:
Coordinate and manage multiple programs simultaneously, focusing on their interdependencies and alignment. Responsible for closely monitoring project progress on day to day basis. Track program progress against organizational goals
Budget management:
Prepare program budgets, ensure regular budget tracking, and analysing reasons for overspending or underspending of programs
Risk and issue management:
Identify potential risks, issues, and challenges, and identify mitigation options
Stakeholder communication:
Serve as a key point of contact for all cross-functional team members. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership. Support Senior Program managers in preparing management updates
Program Charter:
Maintain program charter, Gantts, detailed plans, etc.

Desired technical skills:

Understanding of Biosimilar development pathway
Basic knowledge of Project management framework
Basic know-how of MS Office
PMP certificate preferred, but not essential

Mandatory soft skills:

Proactive
Self-driven
Vocal and confident to drive meetings independently
Good and effective verbal and written English communication
